Options for Vendors

Other Important Points:

  • There is limited amount of space for booths, so they are provided on a first come, first served basis based on time/date of submission and payment from our website.

  • Display area contains 6’ table, linens available if needed, and 2 chairs. There are limited power sources, so please note in your registration if it is required. You need to bring your own power strip for additional outlets.

  • Set up time for a display is between 6:30 am - 7:30 am on 9/22/18

  • Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • All Logo and/or advertising materials requested for conference brochures and vendor directory must be turned in by August 31, 2018.

  • Registration as a sponsor can be done through our website. Use the registration button below to access the form. Payment can also be made via the link on the registration page. We will contact you directly to confirm your sponsorship level. No registration is confirmed until payment has been made.

  • We are a Non-Profit organization and can provide a W-9 form on request. Let us know in the comments section of the registration if you require a W-9.

STAR OPTIONS

Gold Star Sponsorship - Recognition in lobby as major sponsor, 1st choice of booth location, 4 meal tickets, recognition on website for one year, may provide bags or provide literature and/or handouts to be placed in welcome packet, announcement in main meeting, can be designated as key speaker sponsor, recognition of at quarterly meetings for 1 year, recognition on website for 1 year


Silver Star - Recognition in lobby as major sponsor, 2nd choice of booth location, 3 meal tickets, recognition on website for 6 months, may provide one flyer or give away to be given at registration, announcement in main meeting, recognition of at quarterly meetings for 6 months, recognition on website for 6 months


Bronze Star - Recognition in lobby as major sponsor, 3rd choice of booth location, 2 meal tickets, recognition on website for 3 months, may provide one flyer or give away to be given at registration, announcement in main meeting, recognition of at next quarterly meeting, recognition on website for 3 months
